Adult Netball

Whether you’re completely new to Netball or used to play and want to return to the game, our Adult Back 2 Netball courses are a great way to get back into the sport whilst meeting new people and getting fit!

Great for those new to the game or returning after some time away.

Make new friends and get fit all at the same time! From learning the basics of the game to full matchplay and tactics, players will learn netball skills, fitness, rules, tactics and matchplay in a fun and friendly environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Wear sports clothes/trainers
• Hair tied back and no jewellery
• Rain jacket/spare clothes if needed
• Sun cream and sun hats recommended
